In late July 2015 the fight for the UK's National Health Service intensified as Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt continued to degrade medical staff. As someone with a personal interest in the NHS, both as a patient and a writer, I wrote a series of articles looking at everything from the media's handling of the crisis, to the responsibility of the general public for keeping the free health service out of private hands.
