Stephen Blanchard Managing Director
Stephen Blanchard is a radio producer and presenter, with years of experience within the industry, working for commerical, RSL, and BBC stations.

Starting in hospital and college radio, he has a profound love of radio. which he has been able to put to use in a variety of shows, ranging from chart and music shows, to interviews and current affairs,
​
He currently produces and presents The MidWeek Peak for 365 Radio.
​
Stephen is also a published author and freelance journalist,
Nick Johnstone Creative Director
Nick Johnstone's lengthy creative career spans everything from screenwriting, to acting and stand-up comedy. Having experienced first-hand the trials and tribulations of breaking in to the creative industries, Nick enjoys the opportunity to nurture and advise new talent.

As well as being a driving creative force for The 1F2T, Nick also takes a calm and grounded approach to his work. His vast experience in marketing and advertising is an invaluable asset that is steering this company to new heights.
NT Anderson Presenter
NT Anderson is a published author of steamy romance, and the co-founder of the publishing imprint Tepris Press. A lifelong lover of the written word, she spent years working in hospitality, restaurant management, and even pole dancing before becoming a full-time writer in 2009. Nikki’s first trilogy, The Acts Series, was released in 2021/2022. More books will be forthcoming in 2023.
She currently lives in the Endless Mountain region of Pennsylvania. When she isn’t writing, she can be found sipping rum by candlelight and spending time with her pets—two spoiled dogs and an unruly cat.
Nikki has always had a passion for music, and she loves sharing her playlist with the amazing 1F2T listeners.

Tiffany Viela
Presenter
Tiffany is originally from Portugal and currently resides in Northern Ireland. She published her first novel “Marcas De Uma Vida” when she was only 19, and her original song "Lovephobia" released just two years ago.
Already a strong creative force, she feels she still has much to learn and achieve in the arts scene and her latest role as radio presenter is her next step.
